In our Methodology class, we had to suppose that our classmates were nursery students. So, we did a class about Easter.

Automaticity:
is an hability after learning, repetition and practice.
for example: speaking, bicycle riding, driving a car, etc.

HOw do we develop automaticity?
through learning, repetition and practice.

how teachers can change the amount of cognitive loads?
giving them all the solutions that could be when they will study, give them some strategies in order to they can get the majority of what are they studing.


we have a full cognitive load when we pass all the problems that could exist, those problems could be known for us or could be new, but we have to develop them and finish our goal.



Brain storm:

make plans to learn
organize time
changing our strategies for learning and take the most efective one.
checking our understanding through quizes, etc.
